The Hon’ble Justice V.PARTHIBAN passed an interim stay order against G.O stating that patta will automatically changes with the title.

Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the 1 st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.173 dated 26.03.2020 and quash the same as illegal, Ultra-vires and totally without jurisdiction insofar as it has included the Village Administrative Officer in the amendment under Section 13(h) to the Chain Survey and Land Records Manual, Part II Chapter I.

The Court stated that the matter shall be taken up through Web hearing and there shall be an interim stay until further orders.
